"Pu Bi" refers to the slender and verdant cattails by the water. Their upright and elegant leaves condense the vibrant green of the cattails into the base color of the garment, symbolizing inner strength and character.
"漙清" refers to the roundness and clarity of the morning dew, which is transformed into a light blue hue flowing on the fabric, just like the morning dew resting on the cattail leaf, instantly becoming eternal.
This cheongsam evokes the feeling of a cool autumn morning. With its emerald green base and light blue accents, the colors intertwine like the reflection of cattails in shimmering water, exuding an innate tranquility and coolness. The tailoring is exquisitely flattering and fluid, silently outlining delicate lines that flow like water.

Luna Nana currently only offers delivery services within Hong Kong.
1. Shipping Costs
- Free SF Express delivery is available for orders over HK$400 .
- Orders under HK$400 will incur a shipping fee of HK$40.
2. Product processing time
- All orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days after successful payment.
- (Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Saturday and on Sunday will be processed on the next business day.)
- Pre-orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days after successful payment.
3. Logistics Partners
- All deliveries in Hong Kong are handled in partnership with SF Express to ensure safe delivery of goods.
4. Service Commitment
- Closely track order status and provide reliable delivery arrangements.
- After you send your package, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can keep track of your delivery progress.

Return and Exchange Policy
Luna Nana hopes you are completely satisfied with your chosen product. If the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you in arranging a replacement!
1. Exchange service
We offer an exchange service, allowing you to exchange your item for a different size or color. If you wish to exchange it for another item, its value must be equal to the original item.
- All shipping and handling fees for exchanges shall be borne by the customer .
- Special offer items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable .
2. Handling of Defective or Wrongly Shipped Goods
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please provide your order number and contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds , but we value your shopping experience.
- You can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods (the goods must be in good condition and the tags must be intact).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Discounted or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable .
- For returns and exchanges, you need to provide the order number and the email address linked to your account.
4. Return Process
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact.
- Please include receipts or order details and pack the item properly to prevent damage during shipping.
5. Responsibility for return shipping costs
- For defective or incorrectly shipped goods : We will bear the relevant shipping costs.
- For returns and exchanges due to customer reasons : shipping and handling fees shall be borne by the customer (it is recommended to use trackable mail service to prevent loss).
- If the returned item fails to reach our warehouse, the exchange process cannot be completed.
6. Exchange processing time
After the returned item arrives at the warehouse, we will conduct a quality inspection and verification. Once we confirm that everything is correct, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
7. Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed , it cannot be cancelled or modified (including the shipping address). Please carefully check the information before checkout. If adjustments are needed, you can apply for an exchange after receiving the goods.
